Dance Unlimited is one of the leading dance institutions in the beautiful Western Region of NSW.
Our teachers aim to encourage a widespread love of dance, welcoming children and adults who can’t help but feel the rhythm!
Established in 1999 and located in Mudgee, Dance Unlimited is the most comprehensive and high calibre dance schools in the area with three dance studios and a purpose-built acro and circus studio and many styles on offer for students from ages 18 months to adults.
To ensure classes are suitable for all our Dance Unlimited Star Dancers, we offer a range of options across styles, age groups, and abilities. Whether you are aiming for a professional career, looking to stay fit, or finally ready to give dance a try, we have a class for you.
The teachers at DU have a vast range of experience across disciplines. Our collective approach is to share our love of dance and provide the most up-to-date training techniques and methods in a supportive and encouraging environment.
As a local business in a thriving regional area, we are also very community-minded. You will often see Dance Unlimited teachers and students supporting events in the Mudgee area.
Enrol in a class or book private lessons at a time that suits you.
Our vision is to create a world where everyone can access the magic of dance.
We have witnessed first-hand how dance can build character, confidence and friendships. This beautiful, enriching sport is an incredible tool to teach body awareness, self-discipline, teamwork and self-confidence.
Through our service of teaching dance, we strive to provide exceptional coaching and leadership to our students.
While striving to instill the importance of etiquette and manners, we focus on good self-esteem, positive body image and the holistic personal growth of each and every Dance Unlimited dancer.
At Dance Unlimited, our mission is to foster a life-long love of dance.
Our dance school is a place where children of all ages, shapes and sizes learn to dance and perform.
We are a studio where creativity, individuality and self-expression are encouraged and encompasses a community of teachers, students and families who are passionate about achieving this.
We believe a person never stops learning and we work hard to ensure our approach extends to all our students, from children to adults.
We believe that every child deserves high quality dance education and our goal is to create a positive and enjoyable experience for all our students and DU family.
We strive to provide exceptional leadership to our students, building talent and developing life skills such as discipline and respect.
We are committed to providing the highest standard of teaching to enable our dancers to safely develop technique, control and artistry in an environment where all students can feel empowered, comfortable and free to express themselves. Regardless of your child’s ability, goals and aspirations, we want to give them the opportunity to feel proud and confident when they step out into the world.
We strive to nurture and develop talent, celebrate the achievements of all students and inspire a love and appreciation of all styles of dance and the arts and most importantly, of themselves.
Dance Unlimited is a place where your child will make friends and feel connected to a community (our dance family) and we just can’t wait for you to join it!
At Dance Unlimited, every aspect of our dance community is driven by our core values
We encourage you to trial any class styles over the first two weeks of joining us to find the style (or styles) that your star dancer enjoys the most.
For your first trial class, wear some comfortable activewear, such as a pair of tights and a t-shirt. We have an onsite dancewear store ‘Unlimited Dancewear’ for you to purchase all your class related items including uniform, shoes, bags and drink bottles.
Yes. If your child decides they would like to try a different class we will transfer your enrolment over to one of our other classes of equal value. We recommend trialing as many styles as possible to figure out exactly what your star dancer enjoys.
No. However, we do recommend it! Our end of year concert is not compulsory; however, it is an extremely exciting and rewarding event for all members of the family. For most students it is the highlight of their dance year.
Yes. We have a dedicated foyer and viewing window to watch the classes being run in Studio 1 and Studio 4. However, you do not need to stay if your child is comfortable and you would like to use the class time to get things done! Our nurturing staff will look after your star dancer while they are in the studio.
